Welcome to my site. I graduated from Georgia College and State University in 1982 with a B.S. degree, cum laude in Political Science and Public Administration. I worked my way through college, and enrolled in law school after graduation from college. I graduated from the UGA School of Law in June of 1985, and was admitted to the Bar of Georgia that same month.
I am admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and all of the Georgia State courts.
I have practiced law in private practice for over twenty seven years. I am the people’s lawyer. I have devoted my practice to providing excellent legal services at affordable prices. I have represented thousands of clients in courts, administrative agencies, and tribunals in this state. I have drafted thousands of legal documents for clients, such as wills, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care. I run a full service law firm. My fees vary, depending on the type of legal matter handled. On injury cases, I charge a contingency fee, and on litigation cases, I charge a retainer that is billed against an hourly rate. On document drafting, I charge a flat fee for services.
A thirty minute consultation in my office is free. I have recently completed arbitration and mediation training, and can offer those services at affordable prices as well. I am admitted as a mediator and an arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. I have a rating of BV Distinguished, from Martindale Hubbell, which is a universally accepted rating service for attorneys around the world.
I am now offering both Mediation services and Self-Help legal services. To schedule a mediation, or an appointment for self-help legal services, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
